The Worcester Regional Airport (ORH) is owned and operated by Massport and offers commercial and charter service.
- JetBlue offers daily flights to and from Worcester to Fort Lauderdale, FL and New York City, through JFK Airport.
- Delta offers daily flights to and from New York City's LaGuardia Airport.
- American Airlines offers daily flights to and from New York City's JFK Airport.

Union Station, located in Worcester and steps from the DCU Center - Arena and Convention Center - offers commuter rail service from Boston to Worcester daily. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Agency (MBTA) commter rail offers express service each morning (less than an hour). Amtrak also has train service to and from Albany, Chicago, New York and Washington, D.C. daily.
