The Farm at SummitWynds

The Farm at SummitWynds is located in Holden on 32 private hilltop acres with stunning panoramic views of Wachusett Mountain, rows of 4,000 lavender plants, several acres of flowers and sunflowers, and fields of horses. Breeding and raising horses since the mid-60s, The Farm at Summit Wynds now grows lavender for culinary, beauty products, and crafting. We also grow flowers such as sunflowers, zinnias and lots more. We raise Lavender Orpington Chickens (ask about our chicks for sale), hogs (fresh pasture raised), and our own honey.

NEW FOR 2023 - SIX days of our Lavender Farm Fest. June 23, 24, 25 and June 30, July 1, 2 -- Live Music every day! Adults only Friday night June 23.

We are a private farm and only open to the public during events.

For the safety and health of your dogs/pets and our farm animals, we do not allow dogs and pets at the farm.

ABOUT THE FARM:

FARM ANIMALS - Our farm is home to 30+ horses, pigs, Lavender Orpington Chickens, Valais Blacknose Sheep (Worlds Cutest Sheep) and hundreds of thousands of honey bees.

FARM SHOP - Our farm shop will be open with items made with our lavender. Artisan Soaps, Cooking Mixes, Spice Mixes, Sachets, Essential Oil/Diffusers, Hand & Body Butter, Lip Balm, Candles & More - Made with Lavender. Eggs from our chickens and honey from our bees is often available. Now taking orders for 1/2 and whole hogs (custom cut for you) for fall delivery. Our shop has expanded but we allow 2 people in at a time. Shop hours during Farm Fests and other events.

LAVENDER FIELDS - We have over 4,000 lavender plants of 25 varieties blooming late June through mid-July. Walk through the rows of purple and enjoy the beauty and aroma. U Pick lavender bundles are available during our Farm Fests.

SUNFLOWER FIELD & "ROOMS" - Sunflower Rooms! These rooms are planted with different varieties of sunflowers (some tall, some small) and will be off of our Sunflower Stroll. Our sunflowers will be blooming in August

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY OPPORTUNITIES - Rent our farm for your photo shoots. Our farm is super popular with photographers and can be rented in 2 hour or 5 hour increments. Our flower fields are the perfect backdrop for photos beginning mid June through early July for lavender, late July through mid September for our flower fields, and late August through mid September for our sunflower stroll and rooms. November is the perfect month for Holiday shoots, in our old Ski Lodge turned barn with its 12' fireplace. Fully decorated inside with 2 sleighs, a Christmas tree & more, as well as our old '59 pick up decorated outside the barn. We can also arrange Santa to visit. Other dates are available, contact us.

UNICORNS - Our farm is home to 8 unicorns, Jazzy, Sparkles and Cupid. Our Unicorn Exjperience is July 29, 30 and watch for our spring and fall Unicorn Photo shoots.

STUNNING SCENERY - The fields behind our historic ski lodge turned stone barn over look our lavender and beautiful Mount Wachusett.

FARM WEDDINGS - Our historic ski lodge/barn over looks our lavender and beautiful Mount Wachusett and is the perfect venue for a quaint, intimate wedding. We can accommodate up to 90 people for ceremonies and receptions.

NATURE WALK - We have 2 trails that can be walked as one, with additional paths back to the farm to make the walks shorter. The terrain is rough so good hiking/walking shoes are highly recommended. Open during our Farm Fests Only.
